A 6-step programme using Hypnotherapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy to help you become your best possible self.
Kind to Self will tackle your relationship to self and what would be different if you treated yourself with kindness. You will understand how the brain works in creating self-criticism, your triggers, and what you can do about it.
Included in the programme are compassion-focused hypnosis downloads for you to listen to at home, and your own personalised Kind to Self plan to keep you on track after the programme finishes.
Kind to Self is a 6-part programme, ideally held once a week as a 1:1 session, either online or in-person.
What we cover
Session 1 - Initial consultation and self-compassion relaxation download
We will talk about your relationship to self and what would be different if you treated yourself with kindness.
Session 2 - Self-kindness and the brain
How the brain is bias towards self-criticism, and the systems that regulate emotions
Session 3 - Challenging your beliefs and thoughts
Challenging self thoughts and perceptions to reduce limiting beliefs and rewire your brain for self-kindness
Session 4 - Managing your criticism triggers
Reviewing your trigger cues and habit responses. Breaking the habit loop
Session 5 - Taking control of your inner critic
Looking at past instances of success, and skills & resources to move forwards
Session 6 - Kind to Self
Agree your self-kindness plan with follow up notes
