Hi, I'm Tamsin.
I'm an experienced solution focused therapist and trauma therapist, working with adults and teenagers.

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck in a negative cycle of thoughts or behaviours, then I can help you move forwards.
Using a skillset of compassion based therapy, hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques, my sessions are tailored to support your goals.
I hold in-person sessions in Wedmore and Wells in Somerset, and online sessions.
