What is Kind to Yourself?
Kind to Yourself is a structured six-week programme designed to help you build a genuinely kinder relationship with yourself through evidence-based approaches that address the roots of self-criticism and create lasting change.
Each week we work together to tackle your relationship to self and what would be different if you treated yourself with kindness. You will understand how the brain works in creating self-criticism, your triggers, and what you can do about it. Included in the programme are compassion-focused hypnosis downloads for you to listen to at home, and your own personalised Kind to Yourself personalised plan to keep you on track after the programme finishes.
Why self-compassion - and does it actually work?
Many of us believe we need to be hard on ourselves to improve. Research consistently shows the opposite. Self-criticism activates the brain's threat system, flooding the body with stress hormones that leave us feeling stuck, exhausted and negative. Self-compassion will help you to feel more motivated, learn new ways and feel more comfortable making mistakes. This programme is about treating yourself with the same encouragement you'd give a friend in need.

Who is this for?
Kind to Yourself is for anyone whose relationship with themselves is getting in the way of their wellbeing, confidence, or performance. It's suitable for young adults and adults.
What is the cost?
The programme of six sessions costs £400, including self-compassion recordings and a personalised Kind to Yourself plan.
